Causes of oil spots on Aluminum Foil Surface:

After the aluminum foil is annealed, the process lubricating oil remaining on its surface will decompose, crack, polymerize and oxidize the reaction to produce resinous material and deposit on the aluminum plate. The surface of the foil is formed with oil spots. The main reason for the above-mentioned defects in the actual production The following aspects:
1, high viscosity hydraulic oil mixed with rolling oil system caused by increased viscosity of rolling oil.
2, the greater the sulfur generated the more the tendency of annealing oil spots; aromatics content increased, return clean deterioration.
3, aluminum foil finished product annealing process is not appropriate.
4, coiling tension is too large porosity is too small.
5, aluminum foil surface with too much oil.

The solution of oil spots on Aluminum Foil Surface:

1, the regular replacement of new rolling oil, to strengthen daily inspection, to prevent high viscosity hydraulic oil mixed with rolling oil.
High viscosity hydraulic oil or lubricating oil mixed with rolling oil will pollute the rolling oil, so that the viscosity of the rolling oil caused by aluminum foil annealing after the oil spots. In the premise of ensuring the hydraulic effect as far as possible the use of low viscosity hydraulic oil or replaced with no stains hydraulic oil.
2, select the appropriate process oil.
The tendency of n-alkanes to produce annealed oil spots is minimum and the kerosene is the largest, but the n-alkane content is too high to affect the mutual solubility with the additives.
3, to develop a suitable aluminum foil annealing process.
Rolling oil in the annealing furnace mainly by the oil diffusion and evaporation to clear, if the rolling oil and furnace oxygen is not completely burned, it will form a yellow oil spots. Excessive temperature will make the rolling oil to diffuse and volatilize oxidation to form oil spots, shorten the annealing time will be detrimental to the evaporation of rolling oil, resulting in oil is not clean.
4, strictly control the coiling tension and pressure roller pressure, to maintain the appropriate porosity.
Rolling oil in addition to the annealing temperature, the physical and chemical properties of rolling oil, aluminum foil surface quality and other factors, but also the degree of tightness between the layers, it is appropriate to properly control the coiling tension.
5, to reduce the surface oil.
