Tensile strength σb (MPa): ≥430

 

Conditions yield strength σ0.2 (MPa): ≥275

 

Elongation δ5 (%): ≥10

 

Note: The vertical bar at room temperature mechanical properties.

 

Sample size: bar diameter (square bar, hexagon bar inscribed circle diameter) ≤150

 

Heat treatment:

 

1) Rapid thermal annealing: heating 350 ~ 370 ℃; with the effective thickness of the material is different, holding time 30 ~ 120min; air or water cooling.

 

2) Quenching and aging: hardening 495 ~ 505 ℃, water cooling; artificial aging 165 ~ 175 ℃, 10 ~ 16h, air cooling.

 

Status: aluminum and aluminum alloy extruded bars (≤150mm, H112.F.T6 state).
