7A03 Aluminum Performance

 ● Features and Scope:

 

Belong to Al-Zn-Mg-Cu based hard aluminum alloy rivets. Quenching artificial aging state can be riveting, a high-strength rivets material when the temperature is below 100 ℃. Heat strengthened, high shear strength, corrosion resistance and machinability is still good, quenching using artificial aging state; rivet, without restrictions after the heat treatment time; generally acceptable corrosion resistance, stress corrosion cracking tendencies.

 

● Mechanical Properties:

 

Shear strength τ (MPa): ≥284

 

Note: After the wire solution heat treatment to natural aging state shear stable performance

 

Sample size: All wire diameter

 

● Heat treatment:

 

1) complete annealing: heating 390 ~ 430 ℃; with the effective thickness of different materials, holding time between 30 ~ 120min; with / h speed of 30 ~ 50 ℃, with furnace cooling to below 150 ℃, and then cooled.

 

2) quenching and aging: hardening 460 ~ 470 ℃, water cooling; artificial

 

:( Grading aging) Level 1 115 ~ 125 ℃ 3 ~ 4h heating, Level 2 160 ~ 170 ℃, 3 ~ 5h, air cooling.

 

Status: rivet aluminum and aluminum alloy wire (T6 state)
